KickHouse is looking for motivated Rock Stars for our York location!!! Voted Best Fitness Center in York two years in a row!! We know that fitness encompasses mental, physical and emotional health and strive to build resilience and empowerment for all members. Seeking those with exceptional people skills and a passion for leading students of all ages on their fitness journey. We need fast learners, and team players with stage presence. Kickboxing or fitness instruction experience is a big plus but not necessary. Will train the right candidate. Bring the energy!!

You can't deliver the most epic kickboxing classes without epic coaches! KickHouse coaches are the lifeblood of the KickHouse experience. Coaches are responsible learning the KickHouse class scaffolding and then designing their own unique class outlines. KickHouse students get the best results when coaches bring their best to the mat every class. Duties include:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Provide an outstanding experience for all members through all aspects of the KickHouse experience. We want members to feel empowered, confident and ready to take on the world!

- Lead group classes with class plans designed to motivate and entertain (killer music is essential!)

- Work with prospective members to find the right membership, merchandise and personal training options that help them achieve their goals.

- Participate in local marketing events and studio promotions to drive the business

- Stay up to date with, and implement KickHouse education standards at all times

- Maintenance of facility cleanliness standards

Salary: $18/hour base plus commission.

Part time: Morning, Afternoon, Evening available
