Our client has a track record for tendering and negotiating projects for a variety of clients for large multi-national corporations, private companies, in addition to both local and state authorities.
The successful candidate must have fitout experience.

Job Responsibilities:
- Reporting directly to the Contracts manager and Project Manager
- Carrying out the management of all the day to day operations on your projects
- Planning and coordinating the scopes of work
- Attending daily , weekly, and monthly meetings
- Updates on the projects and the progress of the project
- site inductions
- Onsite safety
- Maintaining site diary – recording manpower levels for each sub-contractor and keeping detailed notes of all site activities
- Managing Quality and programme
- Ordering of materials on site
- 2+ Years working on similar projects is required
- A trade background or similar education
- Must have experience in supervising & management on a site
- Must have knowledge of the latest building regulations & certification standards
- The ability to manage a team and paperwork efficiently
- A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks/projects
- Resolve problems when they arise
