Fleet Manager

Are you looking for the chance to launch and help develop a brand new posion with an every growing company? We are looking for a Fleet Manager to partner with our client and oversee the daily operaon of their units in the Williamsport, MD area. Primary responsibilies and goals are:

• Accept and inspect the condition of new incoming fleet units
• Coordinate and execute title and palting
• Arrange any mechanical or physical damage repairs needed prior to putting in service
• Inspect in service units for interior and exterior wear and tear/damage compared to acceptable condions and arrange needed repairs
• Develop strong partnerships with the internal fleet owners to help coordinate needed repairs and maintenance that allows minimum downme
• Develop strong partnerships with outside vendors to coordinate maintenance, repairs, body work and warranty repairs that will allow minimum downtime
• Track, manage and secure any units that will be moved to another location
• Track, secure and manage keys for all in and out of service units
• Provide daily detailed reporting on out of service units, including me out of service, reason and indepth detail explaining any delays
• Provide a recap of each day’s acvies, including units received, units taken out of service, units taken to/picked up from repair, partner and vendor conversations and tasks performed that decreased vehicle downme (ordered parts, found new vendor..)

Our ideal candidate has:

• 3 or more years of fleet management experience
• Strong communication and partnership building skills
• Attention to detail and able to record these details
• Strong computer skills to be able read and understand data, as well as data input
• Dependable me and atendance history
