POSITION SUMMARY:

This role is responsible for compliance with all registrations, qualifications, permits, renewals, tracking, violations, recalls, tolls and reporting requirements relating to all company vehicles.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

60%: Ensure that all company vehicles and attached equipment are properly registered and permitted as required by all regulated jurisdictions, including but not limited to, DMV registrations and permitting, Unified Carrier Registrations, US DOT, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, State Waste Tire Hauling, Driver CDL Qualification Files, State Motor Carrier permits/registrations

25%: Administer licensing of vehicles, gross vehicle weight information maintenance, and track and administer traffic violations, recall notices and toll bills

15%: Reporting on all vehicle registrations and permits, mileage tax, and emissions. Respond to US Census in regards to vehicles

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Proficient with Google Suite and Windows-based programs
• Knowledgeable of data analytics
• 3-5 years of experience working with/consulting on US DOT, Unified Carrier and FMCSA registrations preferred
