Job Title: Food and Beverage Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee our full-service restaurant, pizza restaurant, concession stand, Dairy Queen, and banquet facility at our Resort. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple food and beverage outlets, driving revenue, and providing exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the full-service restaurant, pizza restaurant, concession stand, Dairy Queen, and banquet facility
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability for each outlet
• Ensure the highest level of food quality, presentation, and service standards are consistently met and exceeded
• Lead and motivate a team of managers and staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management
• Build and maintain positive relationships with guests, suppliers, and other stakeholders
• Collaborate with other Resort departments to ensure seamless coordination of food and beverage operations with other hotel services
• Monitor and control costs, inventory, and budget to maximize profitability
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel or resort setting
• Proven track record of driving revenue, managing budgets, and achieving financial targets
• Strong leadership and management skills, with experience managing large teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with guests, staff, and other stakeholders
• Knowledge of food and beverage trends, culinary techniques, and industry best practices
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred, but not required
