The Grange Outpost, located in Orchard Park, serves seasonally influenced breakfast + lunch Tuesday through Sunday.
We are seeking a prep cook/dishwasher to join the growing team at the Grange Outpost. This is the perfect position for someone looking to gain experience in the restaurant industry or who simply loves to cook! The prep cook will be responsible for assisting our chef with preparing ingredients and maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen. This is a fast-paced environment and requires someone who is able to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with preparation of ingredients
- Coordinate receiving of products and stock rotation
- Clean and organize the kitchen
- Dishwashing and cleaning duties
Requirements:
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Flexible schedule, but must have weekend availability
- Be able to lift 35 pounds
- Have reliable transportation to and from work
