Duties :

This is a full time permament position . There may be a requirement to work occasional weekends or evenings to cover holidays but generally it is Monday -Friday day time hours.

We are a very friendly and busy team who are looking for some new faces to join our team .

To prepare the restaurant for service, to set up the food and drink counters, to ensure all products are properly displayed and shelves are correctly filled, to greet all customers in a professional and friendly manner, to operate the till,to promote all marketing efforts, to suggest and sell, to be open minded & flexible, to have a ‘’can do’’ attitude, to be comfortable with daily customer interaction, to undertake all cleaning to the company’s standard according to the cleaning rota, to have a high standard of personal hygiene & neatness, to be meticulous in the cleaning of service counters, coffee machine, tables & to attend any reasonable request by management.

Additional Information:

To carry out reasonable periods of extra hours if required, preparing and assisting with the service of refreshments in meeting rooms.

This is a high profile establishment so a very good level of English alongside the correct attitude and personal presentation are required.

€12.90 per hr with premium rates for Evening , Night . Overtime Rates over 39hrs per week

Shifts :

7am - 3pm 3pm – 11pm 11pm – 7am

Evening Shift Rate 5pm – 11pm = 16.5%

Night Shift Rate 11pm – 7am = 25%
