Job Description
Food Service Staff/Cook will be responsible for assisting in food service operations under the direction of the Head Cook. Responsible for assisting in the food preparations, cooking, serving, and clean up of all meals served. Flexible schedule 25-40 hours per week depending on applicant availability. Seasonal position May- September. (June - August position available as well)
Job Segments:
1. Assist with the food preparations as directed by the Head Cook.
2. Assist with the salad bar preparations as directed by the Head Cook.
3. Assist with the dishwashing duties as directed by the Head Cook.
4. Assist with the Dining hall as directed by the Head Cook.
6. Provide a healthy and safe camp environment and experience for all.
7. Follow all policy and procedures outlined by YMCA Camping Services.
Position Requirements:
- Must show an ability to be on time and work assigned hours.
- Previous experience within food service industry preferred
- ServSafe certification preferred
- Must be 18+ years old.
