Site Foreman:

You are an experienced construction Foreman and want push your career forward as you have aspirations to be a Project Manager but maybe in your current role there is no room to progress. You have a strong trades background and have worked on large construction projects with a Main Contractor / Sub-Contractor and you are driven to succeed.

You would love to work with one of Ireland's leading Main Contractor's on a variety of €multi-million projects in the Dublin / Kildare area. This specific role is based in South Dublin on a €multi-million school project and could be the fresh challenge that you need.

As Foreman:

• You will manage and coordinate both site staff and sub-contractors on site
• You will ensure completion dates are met
• You will manage H&S on site to ensure highest standards are maintained
• You will ensure quality of works
• Continuous CPD Development

Site Foreman skills:

• You have 5+ years’ site management experience
• You have a trade background
• You have a background in large scale, commercial / residential / mixed development construction
• You have a proven record of seeing projects through from greenfield to completion
• You have excellent working knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards
• You have an ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets.
• You are good at working with people at all levels and willing to work in a team.
• You have the ability to lead, use initiative and be self-motivated
• You have a strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks/projects

The Package:

An excellent package will be put in place for you, with a basic salary of €60,000 – €70,000 (negotiable) + vehicle / allowance, pension and healthcare, depending on experience.
