• $ 500 Sign On Bonus (paid out at $250 60 days/$250 90 days)

Looking to add motivated and talented forklift operators to our team! Must have a minimum of 1 year of forklift experience. A forklift hands on proficiency exam will be administered prior to job offer.

How you will perform your role.

The Forklift Operator is responsible for pulling orders in the main warehouse. This position requires a strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and maintain a safe working environment.

What we need from you:

• Have a valid State Issued Driver License and Forklift certification through the WNA training program.
• Minimum of 1 year experience driving a forklift required
• Ability to read and write in English
• Ability to work with a minimum of supervision after the training period has been completed.

Job Duties:

• Load and unload trucks
• Move and stack materials
• Keep production lines supplied with empty containers and packaging materials as needed
• Spot tractor trailers
• Rotate floor stock
• Follow current good warehousing practice
• General housekeeping duties in the warehouse or production area and duties as assigned
• Use common warehouse management software
• Receive/process shipments
• Perform proper forklift inspections and follow forklift operating guidelines and procedures
