Our client, A Major Irish FMCG company, is seeking several experienced Forklift Operators, to work in their state-of-the-art facility in Limerick.

Please note these roles are for an evening shift 16.00 to 00.00 and an overnight shift 00.00 to 08.00, so a Flexibility to work shifts is essential (there is a night shift allowance).

Responsibilities:

• Transport of raw materials and finished products between the production floor and warehouse
• Storage of finished product in accordance with FIFO stock rotation system
• Transfer of raw materials to manufacturing lines
• Accurate completion of daily traceability checks & associated paperwork
• Complete load preparations & pre-delivery checks to highest standard
• Conduct pre-loading hygiene checks of transport vehicles
• Identify & report any damages, accidents, or quality deficiencies
• Support & assist the goods-in team when required
• Maintain a high standard of hygiene & cleanliness in the warehouse
• Strict compliance to all Health & Safety directives

Professional Experience & Qualifications

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift & Power Pallet Truck Licence
• Manual Handling Certificate
• 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Flexibility to work shifts
• Team player
• Experience in a food production environment
• Strong understanding of warehouse & stock management processes
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Works well under pressure, exhibiting patience
• Courteous, professional, and open to learning
