We are looking for a professional Operations Manager to coordinate and oversee our organization’s operations.

Salary: $80k-$120k per year

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in an airfreight supervisory or management position.

• Strong knowledge of command of documentation, procedures, and rules for air cargo transportation.

• Experience with Cargowise preferred.

· IMPORT & EXPORT EXPERIENCE

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• A true passion for customer service; you enjoy delivering your best to clients.

• Bachelor’s degree in transportation, ocean freight, or international business preferred or equivalent.

• 5+ years of airfreight product or scope focused in Business.

• Knowledge and experience in Air freight Operations duties.

• Knowledge in planning and cost control in Air Freight Product..

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Strong ability to multitask

• Comfort working with multiple groups within business
