River Ranch Grill and Bar in downtown Riverside is looking for talented, hands-on, Front of House (FOH) staff to assist in daily operations of its restaurant in Riverside, California. This fun sports BBQ steakhouse concept restaurant features signature BBQ, steak, entrees, appetizers, and a great selection of draft beers and signature cocktails.
FOH and BOH positions must be dynamic individuals that thrive in fast-paced, high energy, customer focused environments. Positions needed for immediate fill are bartenders, servers, door hosts/busser, bar-backs/busser and support staff. Experience is preferred for all positions and references will be verified.
Front of House
Working Lead/Manager $18-$20hr plus tips must be over 26, moat have full weekend and nights availability, craft beer & cocktail knowledgeable, Beer and liquor inventory, Scheduling, Hands on, work all positions, reliable, stay cool under pressure.
Bartenders $15.50hr must be 21+, Craft beer/cocktail knowledgeable, friendly, reliable, fun, and have at least 2 year of high-volume bartending experience. Tip pooling required between Bartender and staff
Server $15.50hr must be 21+, Craft beer/cocktail knowledgeable, friendly, reliable, fun, and have at least 1 year of high-volume serving experience. Tip pooling required between servers and staff.
Hosts/Busser $15.50hr must be 18+, friendly, outgoing, fun, reliable, and professional. Experience with customer service and cash handling is preferred.
Expo $15.50 - $16hr must be 18+, reliable, friendly, put orders together and delegate out the food quickly and efficient.

Essential Requirements:
- Adequate skills and experience to perform job duties
- Food handlers card
- Able to stand for 8 hours - walks and stands during entire shift.
- Able to communicate with team members
- Able to read and understand recipes
- Able to understand and follow all policies and procedures
- Able to lift and carry racks or stacks of dishes, glassware and other utensils, weighing up to 50 lbs., up to 50 times per shift.
- Able to lift and empty trashcans weighing up to 150 lbs., with assistance, up to five times per shift.
- Able to frequently bend, stoop, reach, push and lift.
- Able to work in a hot, damp environment.
- Hazards include, but are not limited to, cuts from broken glass and metal cans, burns, slipping and tripping.
- Frequent washing of hands.

- Prepare, set-up, and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Prepare food for service such as chopping vegetables, prepping meat, preparing sauces, etc.
- Cook menu items in collaboration with the all kitchen staff
- Answer, report and follow supervisor instructions
- Clean up station and take care of leftover food
- Stock inventory appropriately
- Ensure that each table’s food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
- Comply with any customer nutrition regulations
- Adhere to company sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with coworkers and customer
- Take out trash
- Help clean all Back of house
- Help Prep food
Skills
- Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line cook, restaurant dishwasher or prep cook
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
- Ability to Expo food, which includes, reading tickets, organizing customer orders, and delegating servers to ensure food is delivered in an accurate and timely manner.
- Familiar with industry’s best practices
- Culinary students welcome
