Econo Lodge Duluth

We are ramping up for the summer and are looking for Rockstars for our team! Previous hotel experience preferred, however not required. If you have amazing customer service skills and are someone who takes initiative, we want to talk to you! We have permanent positions available, as well as room for temporary positions throughout the summer.

We have all shifts available (7a-3p, 1p-9p, 3p-11p, 11p-7a).

We are under new ownership and new management! Hotel currently under renovations! Come grow with us as we bring our hotel to the next level.

Front Desk agents are vital to the overall success of the hotel and must:

• Be a hard worker and stickler for achieving great results
• Be trustworthy
• Have a positive attitude
• Be particular about the details
• Take on extra tasks when needed
• Maintain high standards of appearance
• Communication well with all members of the team.

We feel the successful candidate has these qualifications and experience:

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Basic reading and writing skills
• Basic communication skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to work safely
• Ability to meet all employment qualifications at the time of hire
