- Must have excellent customer service standards by greeting and acknowledging everyone with a smile and a pleasant attitude. Phone and technology etiquette must be professional and pleasant in tone at all times.
- Monitor Property Management System constantly to ensure accuracy.
- Ability to answer questions and assist with guest requests in person or by phone in a timely manner.
- Ensure proper authorization and deposits upon guest check in.
- Perform guest check in and check out accurately and efficiently (under 6 minutes).
- Must balance daily transactions with the Property Management System.
- Must be familiar with all safety regulations and emergency guidelines.
- Available to cross train in all front office areas including night audit.
- Greet all guests and callers in a courteous, professional and efficient manner.
- Must be able to type 45-50 wpm

Pay: $19.62 - $19.63 per hour
