The Hyatt House East - Louisville, KY, is searching for reliable, friendly and outgoing individuals for the Front Desk Attendant | Guest Services Representative. This position a full time flexible first shift position.

The Front Desk Attendant is the "First Impression" for our guests, setting the tone for their stay. Front Desk Attendant shifts vary from first or second shifts. Duties include checking guests in/out, fulfilling special requests, making reservations, and being a positive ambassador for the hotel. Must have the, "I can do" attitude.

The work environment is fast-paced and deadline oriented; multi-tasking between phone and guests.
Ability to learn the computer property management systems.

This position requires flexibility with work schedule - days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

This position requires standing for long periods of time, constant mobility between other departments.
