Front Desk Coordinator
Job description
We are looking for Front Desk help at a very Busy Optometrist Office here at Bay State Eye in Leominster. Customer service and Clerical experience IS REQURIED and knowledge in ICD-10 medical billing/coding and optical experience is preferred. The Hours will be full time and will be discussed upon hire. SATURDAYS from 9-2 are a must.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Answering phones, scheduling appointments, confirming appointments, Checking in Patients and verifying Patient Demographics, Filing and Pulling Charts, Updating Charts for the next day, Calling Patient trays for materials, pulling, verifying and updating insurances. Digital Retinal Photos are now mandatory so we will show you how to take a Retinal Image using our camera. Must be professional, courteous and friendly. The ability to multi-task is a must. Accuracy is key.
