This is a Customer service/ Retail Sales Job.

Base pay is $16, with bonuses ranging from $18-22/per hr

Open availability and full-time (five days) are preferred. At least three days with open avalibility is needed.

Start date and training is scheduled for March 6th.

Morning shift is 7:30am -2 pm

Evening Shift is 2pm - 8:30pm

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon their arrival and manage the overall flow of the center while providing an exceptional guest experience.
• Sell Wax Passes
• Educates every guest on the services, products, and loyalty programs to enhance their experience.
• Identify customer needs and recommend skincare products and packages based on their preferences
• Inform guests on prices and special offers
• Replenish stock as needed

Skills

• Previous experience as a Beauty Advisor or similar role
• Customer service experience in retail stores is a plus
• Passion for the beauty industry and helping others to feel more gorgeous
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and pleasant during peak hours
• High school diploma
