Job: Front Desk Receptionist

Pay Scale: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour DOE

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
  • 40 hours per week

Job Description: This position has the responsibility of helping customers when they call or walk in. It is also the responsibility of this position to be an assistant to all departments and employees alike by helping with office supplies, ordering of stationary, scheduling maintenance for office equipment, etc.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma (or GED or Equivalent)
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Reliable transportation
  • Minimum of 1 year receptionist and/or customer service experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Outlook, and Excel (Required).
  • Ability to understand verbal and written instructions
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both written and verbal
  • Ability to keep conversations confidential, involving a manager when it’s a serious matter.
  • Ability to multi-task a must
  • Ability to organize, plan and prioritize work.
  • Able to work alone and/or under little supervision.
  • Must be a self-starter
  • Must be a team player with the willingness to help and ability to work well with others in a positive manner.

Responsibilities:

· Answering Phones and greeting customers

· Keeping front lobby clean and tidy, including keeping Coffee area clean and stocked

· Monitor and order supplies as needed

· Open and distribute mail daily

· Be the point of contact for issues with the office machines and call to schedule maintenance as needed.

· Be an assistant to all departments and employees alike

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
