Ability to pass a Federal Security Background Check Required

Description:

  • Field phone calls
  • Receive visitors
  • Receive and disseminate mail
  • Perform general office procedures pertaining to receipt of packages, transcripts, and other deliveries.
  • Prepare and submit witness reimbursement paperwork.
  • Occasional scheduling of internal conference room reservations and government vehicle reservations.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years minimum administrative experience
  • Ability to multitask
  • Experience interacting with the public
  • Schedule appointments
  • Answer inquiries regarding the office

Ability to pass a Federal Security Background Check Required

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $23,000.00 - $25,400.00 per year
