The Receptionist (Med Spa) is the first and last point of contact and is fundamental to the daily operation and success of the practice. They are responsible for smooth front office operations and a positive patient experience; and working with medical providers in the back office assisting with cosmetic procedures. They will also create a positive, productive team environment in which the highest level of patient care is provided is essential.

Service Orientation:

This position is patient focused with the objective of delivering superior patient care and ensuring positive patient experiences and outcomes.

Requirements

Ideal Candidate will:

• Have a positive, welcoming, customer-centric attitude

• Enjoy multi-tasking

• Have strong verbal, written and phone skills

• Exhibit strength with Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Word and Excel

• Have a passion for the beauty and aesthetics industry

• Understand and consistently practice teamwork

• Have customer service experience in luxury, spa or cosmetic surgery services

General Responsibilities include:

• Greet patients in person & on the phone

• Schedule appointments and take messages

• Reply to patient inquiries

• Check-in & check-out

• Enter charges, take payments and balance daily

• Explain services and treatment as appropriate

• Support marketing events

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
