We are a busy and upbeat Chiropractic clinic, looking to hire a working professional to fill a customer-facing position in a fast-paced work environment. Must have exceptional customer service skills, strong organizational skills and experience handing a high-volume of patient's and inbound and outbound calls.

Candidates Must have:

• This is a customer-facing position, employees must interact with multiple patients or customers regularly. Constant communication with the customer sets the mood and tone for the entire interaction. Employee’s behavior could influence the customer’s decision to continue their relationship with the company. A customer-facing employee must possess the patience and determination to provide a positive experience for the patient or customer by working with them to ensure all needs are consistently met or exceeded.
• Must have a strong belief or passion for health and wellness.
• Must have a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication skills needed, both written and verbal

• Great active listening skills

• Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills

• A patient and empathetic attitude

• Strong time management and organizational skills

• Adaptability and flexibility

• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments

• Troubleshooting skills,

• Computer literacy

• Phone skills, including familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systems

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Weekend availability
