Front Desk Receptionist responsibilities include:

• Manage front desk and assist with administrative duties directed by the department heads, administrator and nursing staff as needed
• Greet and direct visitors
• Processing incoming and outgoing calls.
• File and copy documents while keeping information confidential
• Sort and pass mail
• Replenish administrative supplies when necessary.

Qualification Requirements:

• High school graduate or G. E. D. equivalent
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing home facility preferred

All candidates must pass pre-employment drug screen and Pa. Criminal Background in accordance with the Pa. Older Adult Protection Act
