Medical office in Wesley Chapel is looking to hire part-time Front Desk Receptionist.
Working days:
- Monday thru Friday , days only 40 hours week
Position Duties Include:
- Patient Registration and enter details into Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
- check in patients and collect outstanding payments
- check out patients and collect estimated payments for the visit
- Answering phones and making appointments
- Insurance eligibility Verification
- Scanning documents
- Protects patients’ protected health information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA standards
- Performs other clerical duties as directed.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
Proficient with computers (windows)
knowledge of EHR systems (desired)
Knowledge of HIPAA (desired)
We are looking for a motivated individual who is passionate about their job, able to multi-task, punctual and RELIABLE, work independently, excellent at customer service, who can be get along with others and be a team player.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
