The responsibilities of this position revolve around a high standard of excellent customer service and helping them with the most important thing: self care. This includes but not limited to:

* Providing a high standard of customer service to anyone who walks through our door

* Answering phones

* Booking appointments

* Assisting guests and members with their account

* Guest check-in (this involves a set of questions, really getting to the true reason for each visit as well as a small "orientation" so each guest know what to expect while with our therapists)

* Not afraid to ask questions and really get to know each patient to get to help our therapists pinpoint exactly what our guests need to help with any pain or chronic pain

* Money driven! Knowledge and execution of the sales process (including objections) to sell memberships, add ons, and enhancements, as well as our skin care products!
