Starting Rate - $23.00 per hour !

We are looking for applicants to join our Front Desk Team as the Front Desk Supervisor for boutique hotel in Newport Beach! The Front Desk Agents will be the lasting, first impression, for each guest saying at our hotel. We are looking for friendly, polite, and courteous applicants who will provide prompt and efficient customer service to our guests.

Starting Rate - $23.00 per hour!!

Year-round, Full Time position available

Preferred: Customer service/hotel experience

Shifts: 7am-3pm, 12pm-8pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am

Opportunity

• Full Time
• Responsibilities include providing a high level of customer service to each guest staying at the hotel, overseeing the Front Desk operations, competing reports to include the weekly forecast, scheduling, training newly hired staff members, working with with the General Manager, completing the check-in/ check-out process, booking reservations, answering phone calls, providing recommendations on things to do and places to go in the local area, answering any guest inquires, etc.
• Excellent hourly pay rate with opportunities to earn advancement, incentives, overtime, employee referral incentives, etc.
