Our organization is seeking a Customer Service Representative with at least 5 years of experience in customer service and the ability to work remotely in a virtual environment. The successful candidate will be great at handling customer inquiries, listening carefully to all details, and responding with concise and accurate information. This is an excellent position for individuals with a passion for balancing internal and external business needs, a very strong work ethic, and a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly; answer their questions; check to see if they are being helped.
• Request customer account information; explain how it will be used, and advise them of any necessary updates.
• Check customer’s identity to verify account information.
• Make recommendations regarding banking services; explain the advantages and disadvantages of various products and services.
• Explain the advantages and disadvantages of various products and services.
• Explain how a transaction will take place, with whom, and for how much.
• Sell new products or services; explain the terms; negotiate payment schedule.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
