Scooter's Sports Grill has GROWN and is moving to 2805 Green Mountain Drive, where we will have a large full-service Restaurant and full bar! (Same site as "World of Wizards" Indoor Mini Golf & Arcade). Hiring all positions, Managers, Prep & Grill Cooks, Wait Staff, Hostess, Bartenders, Dishwasher, etc. Hiring Full time, Part time and seasonal. Scooter's was voted best burger in Branson, 3 years running! We are now adding steaks & dinner entrees to our menu.

Front of House Manager duties and responsibilities

Front of House Managers will take responsibility for the following duties on a regular basis:

• Recruit, interview, hire and train new servers, host/hostess and runners
• Ensuring incoming staff complies with company policy
• Training staff to follow restaurant/bar procedures
• Maintaining safety and food quality standards
• Keeping customers happy and handling complaints
• Organizing schedules
• Keeping track of employees’ hours
• Recording payroll data
• Supervising daily shift operations
• Ensuring all end of day cash outs are correctly completed
• Coordinating daily front- and back-of-house restaurant operations
• Controlling operational costs and identifying ways to cut waste
• Appraising staff performance
• Interacting with guests to get feedback on product quality and service levels

Front of House Manager skills and qualifications

Front of House Managers should have the following qualifications to successfully meet the demands of the job:

• Previous restaurant experience
• Prior work as a manager or supervisor
• Success with customer service
• Training in food safety
• Experience with long shifts
• Financial literacy
• Communication skills
• Conflict resolution skills
• Ability to keep inventory organized and stocked

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
