IMMEDIATE OPENING for Front Office Assistant in established personal injury clinic located in Stockbridge, GA. We see many patients who have been involved in car accidents and need your expertise in scheduling them and guiding them throughout their care plan.

Our ideal candidate will have the following qualities/skills:

Duties include patient care and administrative tasks/data entry.

We will train you to perform front and back office skills of new patient intake, scheduling, insurance verification, communication with patient's attorneys, organizing charts, and performing therapies. Pay will be competitively based on experience. Bonus structure based on performance.

NO WORK ON WEEKENDS!

Tentative Days: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday (actual days will be determined based on staffing needs)

Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30a-6:30p (lunch 1p-3p)

Requirements:

• Microsoft Office Suite
• Working vehicle for transportation
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

All staff and patients must wear masks while on premises

Salary: $15.00 per hour
