We are excited to add a Front Office Coordinator to our Springfield Office. We have an IMMEDIATE opening for a Front Office Coordinator. Position is full time. Friendly and fun atmosphere!

Are you Bilingual? English and Spanish is a plus.

Position : DENTAL experience a plus; Knowledge of dental insurance benefits and coordination (e.g. insurance verification and coverages, organizing and presenting treatment plans based on insurance coverage); building a productive schedule, managing daily schedule, confirming future appointments, email communication, assistance in front office

Responsibilities:

• Work with a team to coordinate day-to-day events for patients.
• Maintain complete control of all functions in the front office during business hours.
• Anticipate customer needs and respond to them in a timely manner.
• Follow all company guidelines with regard to service and profit attainment.
• Check in/ Check out patients, go over treatment plans
• Make sure that operations in the front office run smoothly.
• Be well versed in company policies and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
