We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Full Service Hotel General Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our hotel. The General Manager will be responsible for all aspects of hotel operations, including guest satisfaction, financial performance, and employee management.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement strategies to increase guest satisfaction, revenue, and profitability

· Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage departments

· Ensure that the hotel is in compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements

· Manage and motivate employees to achieve high levels of productivity and guest satisfaction

· Develop and manage budgets and financial plans to achieve financial goals

· Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, customers, and community leaders

· Ensure that the hotel is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and comfort

· Lead and develop a high-performing team of managers and employees

· Ensure that the hotel is marketed effectively and that the brand is promoted in a positive light

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
