Responsibilities

As an Engineer, you’ll play an important role in developing software solutions to complex business problems. You will coordinate with UX team members, product owners, analysts, and other development teams to help deliver solutions with direct business impact. You will ship iterative code to production frequently. You will be working to grow and maintain applications using cutting edge technologies. You will contribute to the team and offer organizational improvements in process and infrastructure.

Qualifications

You have great communication skills, both written and verbal. This is a must.

You are a professional, capable of managing your time, tasks, and activities without daily guidance.

You have 4-10 years of overall software engineering experience.

You have 3 years of experience with React & NodeJS.

You have experience with TypeScript, GraphQL, and Apollo.

You have knowledge of how SPA applications work including HTTP, browsers, security, sessions and asynchronous communications.

You are experienced in Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices and tooling.

You have experience with test coverage tools like Jest & Cypress.

You have experience with Git.

You have experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).

While we are 100% remote company, many of us are based in San Diego, CA. We do get together from time to time, so if you are close to us, that is a bonus!
