Duties and Responsibilities:

• Update, track and manage drivers and vehicles daily through a scheduling software.
• Work with, customers, hotel staff, management and drivers and all other departments to insure a smooth transaction of all transportation requests.
• Work with drivers to maintain all safety protocols and adhere to the flow of production, and as well as retention with staff and customers.
• Communicate with Charlie Mike drivers, customers/vendors and Charlie Mike Subcontractor Drivers to ensure all business is completed on a daily basis.
• Evaluate driver performance and assist them in improving their performance according to Charlie Mike's high standards of driving services.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

• Excellent verbal, written and leadership skills and communication.
• Knowledgeable of the Phoenix Metro area and high-end transportation areas.
• Previous experience in transportation and logistics- 1-year minimum
• Ability for problem solving in a timely manner and to be able to multi-task.
• Additional duties may be needed and depend on the need of the company.
• Dispatch 1- year minimum- Required

Schedule:

• 36 hour per week (8 hour Shifts)
• Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday (Evenings and Weekends)
• Full-time
