About Webster Fulfillment: We are a third-party logistics (3PL) provider that supports e-Commerce retailers (online based stores) to meet their shipping demands. We are currently seeking associates who are responsible for gathering orders, stowing items, processing returns, and preparing items for shipment to customers nationwide.

A day in the life:
- Packing and shipping orders to customers nationwide on behalf of e-Commerce clients.
- Ensuring that inventory is well-organized and maintained while picking orders.
- Assisting in finding missing items as well as placing items back into inventory.
- Processing customer returns and stowing items back into facility inventory.
- Unload, process and sort through freight and merchandise arriving via mail carrier trucks and organizing them by vendor.
- Examining and inspecting products for defects and damages.
- Actively participating and contributing ideas on ways to improve and/or optimize facility procedures.
Skills:
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work within a team to achieve common goals and work on your own with minimal supervision.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Great accuracy and attention to detail.
- Able to utilize an iPad/computer programs.
- Able to lift 15-30 pounds consistently throughout a regular shift.
Good to know:
- Pay is biweekly; every other Friday.
- Wear what you feel comfortable in, closed toe closed heel shoes are required.
- SHIFT: M-F 8am-5pm
- Minimum age: 16
