We are currently seeking a Key Holder for our store in carlow
Role & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for assisting the Store Manager with the day to day running of the store.
- Required to lead by example at all times and maintain a sales driven mind-set.
- Responsible for carrying out team "pit stop" meetings, motivating the team to provide a high level of customer service and also toward achieving sales targets.
- Have a positive mindset and productive attitude.
Necessary Skills/Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role/in a fast paced fashion retail environment is essential.
- Proven track record of achieving both sales targets & KPI's.
- Proven experience in team development.
-Experience with cash handling necessary.
