Learn Now Music Group, Inc. is looking for a fun and flexible new team member.

Music Teacher/Office staff

Responsibilities:

- work with team members across all departments

- administrative duties as necessary

- sub lessons, groups and camps as necessary (we provide training on our curriculum)

- staff training and oversite

- customer service (calls, emails, other communication as necessary)

- shipping/receiving duties as necessary

- pickups and deliveries of instruments and materials as necessary

- observe teachers and additional staff onsite

- maintain consistent and reliable personal transportation

- other duties as needed

Qualifications:

- previous office work

- experience working with students in a classroom/camp situation

- ability to supervise and work with team members across all departments

- ability to handle physical workload

- ability to multitask and prioritize

- ability to thrive in fast-paced environment

- strong organizational skills

- punctuality

Additional Skills Helpful (not required)

- Experience in the education field

- Experience with music and/or musical instruments (piano, guitar, violin & drums)

- Experience supervising staff

- Experience in shipping, receiving, logistics or other related fields

- Experience with customer service

Hours:

- Mondays - Fridays

- 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM*

- *Times can vary and be extended before and after 10-6 pm including occasional weekends, depending on programming

2 weeks paid vacation included.
