A fantastic opportunity to join a thriving floral and gift retail shop as a FT store manager! We are consistently ranked one of the top florists in Chicago and its suburba for our wedding flowers, event bouquets, party arrangement and other bouquet services.

We also stock outdoor and indoor plants, exquisite teas, candles and other premium home decor items.

What we are looking for:

• Handle customer calls and orders
• Familiarity with POS (point of sale) systems
• Familiarity with flowers
• Excellent communication skills (English and Chinese preferred)
• Cheerful working attitude
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule

In addition to the retail responsibilities, you also will have a chance to learn from the designer to handle flower arrangement and event planning. (for an additional bonus compensation)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
