We're looking for our next great Team Members!

As a Full Time Team Member, you will welcome & greet guests, take and prepare customer orders in either the front counter, drive-thru, or Kitchen, maintain cleanliness around the store, observe health and sanitation guidelines, and ensure each guest leaves with a smile! We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving customers. We will teach you everything else you need to know! Successful Team Members will conduct themselves in a positive attitude and truthful character demonstrating 2nd mile service to every guest who visits our restaurant.

In 2004 our Owner/Operator, Lauren Nelson, began her journey with Chick-fil-A as a team member at Chick-fil-A Oakwood Shopping Center at fourteen years old. After college, Lauren began working on the leadership team at Chick-fil-A Covington-Highway 190 where she decided to pursue her dream of becoming a Chick-fil-A Owner/Operator. She then went on to work for Chick-fil-A, Inc. leading successful teams across the U.S. as a Grand Opening Supervisor and Interim Manager before being selected as an Owner/Operator in 2016.
