El Dorado Animal Hospital is a full service, privately owned animal hospital located in the town of Fountain Hills, AZ. We are only a short distance from major cities such as Scottsdale, Mesa, Phoenix, Tempe and Gilbert. At El Dorado we provide wellness and preventative care, soft tissue surgery, dentistry, oral surgery and daytime hospital services.

We are seeking a full-time Veterinary Receptionist/Client Service Representative to join our team. We are seeking an empathetic individual who is highly motivated, dependable, team oriented and communicates well. If you are someone that has experience working in a veterinary setting, with a passion for helping animals and their owners then this is the job for you!

As a receptionist you will be the main point of contact for clients, veterinarians and technicians for phone, email and in person communication. You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, taking payments, checking patients in and out, organizing, cleaning and helping clients with their pets' medical needs. Pay is based on experience ranging from $16-$21/hour.

Requirements you should have:

• 1 year minimum working in a veterinary hospital
• Ability to communicate with others effectively and clearly
• Passion for preserving the human-animal bond
• Ability to work well under pressure, while maintaining a professional and kind presence
• Attention to detail
