WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A FUNDER:

• Data entry into our Loan Operating System-Norman

• Verify the accuracy of documents.

• Verify the accuracy of income calculations-signing off of POI.

• Answer inbound inquiries via messaging systems and phones, etc

• Follow-up with dealer partners on any outstanding stipulations, verifications, or documents needed to complete the processing of loans to ensure timely funding of contracts.

• Work as a team member with the credit analyst’s and DSR/ASM’s to accomplish monthly goals.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned dealer partners.

• Maintain and update dealership contacts in Loan operating System-Norman.

• Other duties as assigned

• Back up team

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• 2-4 years of related experience preferred, but not required

• Experience in indirect or direct lending is preferred, but not required.

• Relationship building skills.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Must be both professional and confident when representing Arivo Acceptance.

• Excellent problem solving, team building, and interpersonal skills.
