We are looking for motivated and experienced salespeople to join our Sales Team at Furniture Fair, eastern NC's largest furniture, mattress, appliance and electronics retailers for over 76 years. Take advantage of our successful advertising, loyal repeat customers and a large showroom of in-stock merchandise to grow your sales, skills and customer base. Build lasting relationships with customers while helping them find the perfect items for their home to meet their needs, tastes and budget. Assist customers with financing options and applications. Follow up with customers to maximize sales and ensure customer satisfaction. Earn extra income with our sales incentives and bonus program. We are currently hiring Full Time Salespeople for our Goldsboro locations. Part-Time Positions are NOT currently available. We work 5 days a week with a variable schedule. Monday through Friday shifts are 9:30am to 6:00pm and 11:30am to 8pm. You must be available to work either shift as needed and scheduled. You will work every Saturday from 8:30am to 7:00pm and every other Sunday from 11:30am to 6:00pm. You will also occasionally be scheduled earlier or later for training sessions and special sales events such as Black Friday. Professional business attire is required. Continued employment after training period is dependent upon achieving company sales goals, on-time attendance and adherence to company policies.

Prior commission based sales experience and bilingual Spanish speakers are preferred.
