Job Overview
As a Game Master, you will be tasked with providing an excellent customer service experience by providing mentoring and guidance throughout the customers’ time within the escape room. You will be able to accomplish this through different software and in person interaction as well as ensure quality resets on the rooms to guarantee proper gameplay.
Responsibilities
- Provide instructions and precautions regarding gameplay and mechanics
- Use our software to provide audio or visual aid as well as monitor gameplay
- Evaluate puzzle quality and accurately reset the rooms
- Manage payments via Point of Sale (POS) system
- Endorse current promotions to guests as a point of contact sales representative
- Manage and create reservations via our reservation system
- Promote repeat business via various discount packages
Qualifications
- Must agree to work 6 – 12-hour shifts
- Must agree to work weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday)
- Must adhere to the published schedule
- Proficient in typing and time management
- Must be proficient in customer service and sales

Ending: $10.00 per hour after completion of training
