• A lover of gardens and plants of all kinds
• Interest in the environment, ecosystems, and sustainable practices
• A confident, safe driver and tool operator
• Interested in developing & maintaining connections with coworkers
• Able to assist the Crew Leaders with:
  • leading and guiding team members in daily operation
  • interacting with clients in person and through emails
  • Providing detailed documentation of job tasks & materials for invoicing
• 1+ years of professional landscape experience with an appetite for learning more

Job Type

This is a FULL TIME position in March through December.

• Monday through Friday, 40 hours a week
• No weekend work - ever! The weekends are Yours!)
• Three performance evaluations during the orientation period
  • Raise potential for achieving key performance goals
