Responsibilities:

• Monitors the quality of the product prior to clamshell/case packaging.
• Ensures proper closure of clamshells prior to being packed into cases.
• Reports any product anomalies or issues, to the Lead.
• Removes product from the line that is out of specification.
• Monitors packaging equipment making sure it is running properly and at accurate speeds. Reports line operating issues to the Lead/Supervisor for immediate repair.
• Discards scrap products properly by separating clam shells/trays from the finished products into appropriate trash bins.
• Assists with all packaging rework.
• Maintains cleanliness in the work area.
• Follows rules and regulations to ensure food safety, quality, and legality.
• Establishes and maintains effective working relationships.
• Maintains cleanliness of the work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by any lead, supervisor, manager, or other leaders in the Aspire Bakeries organization.

Qualifications:

• English literacy, elementary level
• No experience required
• GMP/HACCP Certification (in-house)

: $15.60 - $17.00
