Position: General laborer

Location: Winona, MN 55987

Duration:6+ months

Pay rate: $20/hr.

Job Description:

· Ensure products are Food Safe and produced according to Quality Standards.

· Report any Food Safety issues to immediate supervisor Inspect machinery before use.

· Report any issues with machinery prior to or while running to immediate supervisor.

· Ensure that all products are labeled correctly, and Lot codes are on each product and ingredient.

· Must be able to assemble and disassemble machinery.

· Must follow Lock Out/Tag Out procedures when cleaning and or scraping the follow the supervisor's instructions on what products they are running, and the containers needed for that run.

· Follow and ensure all housekeeping duties are performed correctly.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $20.00 per hour
