General Maintenance Technician job posting

Elkins Lake Recreation Corp is looking for motivated individuals to join our maintenance department. We have a clubhouse, 3 lakes, tennis courts, 2 swimming pools, parks, greenbelts, and common areas that are maintained by this department. This position includes tasks such as:

• Basic facility inspections to check conditions and report any issues found
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and painting in order to complete tasks
• Ability to follow established procedures and guidelines of tasks given
• Performing other related duties as assigned

Must be at least 18 years old, have a valid drivers license, and be able to pass a background check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• building maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
