Job Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ability to lead, motivate, and manage team to achieve desired sales goals
• Ensure that he staff has a high level of knowledge about the club’s programs, facilities and equipment.
• Promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere that enhances the quality of service and care offered to the members.
• Implement and support company programs and promotion to help generate new sales leads for optimum new membership growth.

Salary: $45,000 - $50,000.00 /year plus bonus. Our at plan compensation range is $74,500 - $88,000

Scheduled hours for this position are Monday-Thursday 9am-7pm, Friday 8am-5pm, and some Saturdays 9am-12pm based on performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
