General Manager – Glen Mills Branch

Responsibilities for General Manager – Glen Mills Branch
- Work a schedule based on a 45+ hr. work week
- Be available for weekend and holiday shifts
- Guide, train and manage stores day to day operations
- Prepare performance reports for presentation to upper administration
- Organize and implement training programs for new and tenured staff within your store
- Ensure store follows safety, health and business laws and regulations
- Uphold company standards of excellence and service, guaranteeing quality performance
- Collaborate with marketing team for the planning of large events
- Maximize company profits, by meeting the companies monthly financial goals
- Attract guests by implementing community outreach within your store’s footprint. You will work with the regional GM to accomplish these goals.
- Maintain and continuously improve guest satisfaction and overall guest experience within and outside your unit
- Conduct weekly meetings with store’s Sushi and Pizza lead employees
- Commit to quarterly performance reviews from Regional GM
- Conduct monthly inventory
- Check weekly schedules to ensure proper coverage
- Expect to take on scheduling duties within 4 months of store launch
- Conduct weekly store spot checks to ensure locations are running according to company SOP’s
Qualifications for General Manager
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a similar field preferred
- 3+ years of QSR management or similar experiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and project management tools
- Understanding of employee scheduling and how to maximize labor efficiencies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
- Ability to motivate others on a team and help them succeed
- Ability to tend to multiple problems at a time
- Problem-solving skills, especially in situations of high stress
- Organizational skills to manage large amounts of information
- Carry at least 50 lbs.
- Work on their feet for more than 7 hrs. per day
- Ability to generate a variety of reports and presentations displaying regional performance
- Strong customer service skills in the areas of handling disputes and treating customers with care

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
