YOUR LIFE AS A GENERAL MANAGER

This full-time restaurant management position typically works 3 day shifts and 2 night shifts per week.

As a GM, you are the cornerstone of our operations. You create the daily schedule, making sure to assign shifts according to each person's availability. Diligently, you manage your team, helping to delegate tasks and keep things running smoothly. Additionally, you manage the hiring of new staff by sorting through applications and interviewing potential employees. When new team members are hired, you handle their onboarding and assist in their training.

You ensure that everything is prepared according to our company's standards of quality and food safety. Each week, you keep track of our inventory and order food and other products from various suppliers. When necessary, you manage conflict with employees and customers alike. You get great satisfaction from flexing your leadership skills and love doing your part to help our restaurant succeed!
