Denim Hospitality is excited to announce the launch of its newest concept, T-Post Tavern, and we are currently seeking an experienced and passionate General Manager to join our team. This is an amazing opportunity to join the Denim Hospitality team of professionals who pride themselves on operating in “blue jean comfort”, creating incredible hospitality experiences for our guests, while earning at the top of the market.

The General Manager serves a multitude of functions, here are the essential duties and responsibilities.
- Know and demonstrate through your actions, the Denim Hospitality mission.

- Provide prompt and courteous service, adhering to Denim Hospitality service standards and policies, acting guest first.
- Demonstrate our company values: Intentionality, Authenticity, Craft, Anticipatory Hospitality, Responsibility, Connection and Care.
- Maintain positive, upbeat, and energetic attitude towards guests and team. Work as part of the team by assisting others, communicating, and proactively troubleshoot problems.
- Coordinates and is responsible for the entire operation of the concept, and assists in any area of the operation as circumstances dictate.
- Owns high level of guest satisfaction; responds to and resolves guest concerns and complaints as needed.
- Maintains operation to have highest standards and consistency of quality control, legality, health and safety.
- Oversees all departments schedules and work hours.
- Assigns work tasks and coordinates activities of team to ensure prompt and courteous service to guests. Ensures all staff have the tools and resources necessary to perform their duties.
- Ensures food and beverage preparation is maintained at high quality standards and sanitation regulations. Investigates and resolves food quality and service complaints.
- Confers with food preparation and other personnel to plan menus and related activities such as live entertainment, dining room, bar, special events and catering operations.
- Oversees financial transactions and monitors budget to ensure efficient operation, and to ensure expenditures stay within budget limitations. Oversees food and beverage costs and requisitions or purchases supplies.

Position Qualifications Include:
- Minimum 5 years General Manager experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in hospitality or equivalent experience in the hospitality industry.
- Strong aptitude in financial management, financial reports and analysis.
- Experience in booking/managing live entertainment.
- Strong networking expertise with business contacts
- Ability to identify, train, and lead staff in a positive, productive environment
- Demonstrated expertise with current sales/marketing and food/beverage trends, and other industry-related issues.
Compensation:| $70,000 - $80,000 Annual Salary | DOE
